Alpha Christian Art produces each selected configuration on demand and ships internationally to supported destinations. Available products, sizes, frames, production routes, shipping services and totals are recalculated for the delivery country selected in the configurator and at checkout.

1. Production times

• Fine Art print: typically 1–4 business days before shipment.
• Printed canvas: typically 2–5 business days; some complex finishes may require up to 7 business days.
• Handmade oil painting: approximately 14 days to paint before shipment.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. Quality controls, configuration complexity, peak periods or exceptional events may extend production.

2. Delivery times and tracking

Transit time begins after production and depends on the destination, carrier, parcel size, customs and local conditions. Handmade oil paintings are generally sent by FedEx with an estimated transit time of about five days after dispatch to supported destinations. This transit estimate is separate from painting time.

When tracking is available, it is sent with the shipping confirmation. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

3. Production and fulfilment partners

Fine Art and canvas orders may be routed to a suitable production partner in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada or Australia, depending on the product, format, finish and destination. Handmade oil paintings follow a separate partner-workshop route. The estimated production country shown by the configurator is a routing indication and may change when reasonably necessary to fulfil the order.

4. Shipping charges, taxes and duties

The final checkout summary shows the amounts collected by the store for your selected configuration and address. Where the product configurator states that standard delivery is included, it is included in the displayed total for that configuration and destination.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges and local taxes imposed on arrival are not included and may be payable by the recipient. Customs processing can delay delivery.

5. Address accuracy and delivery restrictions

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address that can accept the parcel. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. An address change may not be possible after production or shipment. Some configurations cannot be delivered to every destination, remote area, PO box or military address; the store may require a different address or configuration before payment.

6. Failed, refused or missing delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, refusal, non-payment of duties or failure to collect, additional shipping, storage or return charges may apply where permitted by law. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, first check the address, safe places and people who may have accepted it, then contact us promptly.

7. Damage in transit

Keep the artwork and all packaging and photograph the parcel, label, protection and damage. Contact us before discarding anything or returning the order. See Damaged returns, cancellations and packages.
